That is why when you take dietary supplements, you must make sure it’s ephedra free. Dietary products with Ephedra have been banned. That’s why manufacturers using Ephedra has been challenged to get rid of Ephedra from their products. The good news is that, it can be replaced with other herbal stimulants like bitter orange.
