Sleepless

The last time I check, my sister doesn’t sleep regularly anymore. She would sleep late in the evening and wakes up so early. She said she can’t find her self asleep fast at night, but she wakes up early because she needed to go to work. She is thinking of taking some natural sleep aid to help her catch up with her sleep. She really has to do something about it, or else her health will suffer if she continuously live with not enough sleep.
