Wish weight

I am looking for some weight loss diet recipe and found out this soup diet. The recipe is just easy to make and the taste is quiet good. I hope this will really work out. I have also some diet menu which I count every calorie I take in every meal I have. I also do my daily 30 minutes exercises like walking, biking and jogging. I hope by the end of summer I can achieve my wish weight soon.
