Our small family company needed funds so we planned to get a loan from our local bank. Good thing we have some assets to subject for a mortgage. We were granted an amount based on the value 0f our asset as provided by the bank. I wanted to re-check the current market value established by the bank appraisers so I tried to search the net for sites that do free mortgage quotes and I was fortunate to find one. I got a bit frustrated because there’s a significant difference between bank appraisers estimate and the site’s estimate of the cost of our asset. 0h well, I definitely learned a lesson.
