House Rules

My housemates had a meeting yesterday to discuss our new chores responsibilities. Since we had a new housemate, we ensure that we all agree on how the household be managed. It has been our goal to keep our house sparkling clean. LOL!

After our meeting, one suggested that we should also start a healthy lifestyle rules like jogging in the every morning, appetite control, lights off early and no greasy fast foods. We all agreed on those rules, except for jogging in the morning since our work schedules are different. We just decided that within the day; have to do some walking or exercising.

I hope we can stick with all our rules.

It all started early this year, when one of our benefits as employees of this company is a twice a month weekend party. Unlimited food and drinks are being served in the party. The food had always been unresistingly mouthwatering. So guess what happened, a lot of my overweight colleagues, including my boss, had been gaining pounds.

One time, my boss desperately wanted to lose weight that he gave me instructions in scouting for the top ten fat burners, good fitness gyms and other healthy options. When I gave him the things that I have researched, he was all smiles. I think he is now enrolled in a fitness program. He attends the parties but leaves early. I’m happy for his self control.

As my sister bade goodbye on her phone call she reminded me to boost a lot of natural fat burners for our family but I told her I am already in full gear Lol! Anyway, I am busy looking for a perfect recipe that I can serve on our reunion. I am thinking of an appetizer soup which is good for multiple guests and a delicious sweet dessert. For the dessert it has something to do with fruits so maybe mixed fruit tiramisu place in single small drink glass so the layered form are visible. I will already start tomorrow to shop for some of the ingredients and try to cook it and will just see.
