I chatted with a newly married friend last weekend; she asked me about duet dha which is a prenatal vitamins. I was amazed and asked her if she is already pregnant and she was. The baby is their honeymoon baby since she got married just two months ago. She and her husband were also surprised with their new blessing. I am sure they will be proud parents soon of the little angel in their life.
I wish my friend and her baby to be always fit and healthy and congratulations to the newly parents to be. May they grow their little angel in wisdom, grace and God fearing too.

Having an ideal body mass is always a wish for every women and curvatrim is invented to help them achieve there perfect body measurement. For me I am contented with what I have a healthy body and tat is more important. Health is wealth as they say and so I am taking good care of my health. I prepare eating a balance diet and a 30 minutes exercise each day like walking and biking. I hope I can maintain this healthy routine of mine.

Stress is one of the causes of having sleepless nights and I have been tired and stressful for weeks already. Times like these I have my natural sleeping pills like taking a warm bath before going to sleep and a lighted aroma candle while I am reading my favorite book. In this simple way, I can say that I have a good sleep and a great morning to start the day right.
