About a month ago, my sister bought an affordable health insurance. Now, she is entitled to yearly overall physical check up, consultations and basic dental services. I am happy that she can monitor her health problems without worrying about the expenses. She had always been sickly these past few years, doctors say that her immune system is weak. So she has been taking a lot of vitamins and doing exercise regularly. And with her insurance, she can visit her doctors anytime she wants without paying anything because of her health insurance. I hope she will be completely healthy again.

Incentive

While everybody is watching a drama series on TV last night, my sister who had always been a fan of the series didn’t join us. She was busy looking for auto insurance quotes on the web because she is buying a new car. She said it’s time that her company is providing her with her own personal ride. The rule is that the company buys the car but she will be the one buying its insurance. Well, I think that’s already a good incentive though I still wish the company should have given it all –the car and the insurance!

Trusting the Un-trusted

My mom was having trouble with her health insurance because her agent, who was supposed to be remitting her last payment, is nowhere to find. When she went to the clinic during her monthly check up she had to pay the doctor’s fee because her insurance company refused to issue an authorization letter permitting her to use her insurance benefits. I advised before that my mom will first consult for life insurance online quote so that we can compare the prices of the packages. But my mom trusted her because she is her friend ever since. But lately we heard she is having trouble with her finances. On the day my mom was supposed to go and pay but her agent told her she was on her way going to the office as well and volunteered to make the payment herself. Trusting her, my mom agreed because she was going somewhere as well. Now, her agent is gone and my mom had to pay her dues with her insurance.
