With her textbooks on her hands, my niece appeared on my doorstep last Sunday to ask for help with her basic accounting subjects. She is a sophomore student in a university who decided to shift courses from BS Nursing to BS Accounting just recently. She calls it changing routes! She thought she can bear with hospital duties but she realized that she doesn’t have a strong heart when it comes to hospital emergencies.
When I last talked to her, I told her I can help her with accounting stuff because it’s what I basically do. Now, she is enjoying her accounting classes because she knows she can run to me if she can not understand some things. Well, I hope I can teach her the right and accurate things that she needs to know.

Every year, one of my best buddies would come home with me and celebrate with my family the holidays. Her parents and family are abroad and she is the only one left here in the country. Her whole family was petitioned by her grandparents who were based in the USA. But she had an age requirement problem for her immigration visa, so she couldn’t join her parents in leaving the country. She was told that the problem will be solved the next year. But it has been three years now and still her visa is not yet in her hands. So she became my family’s new member every Christmas. Though she was not living with us (she has her own place), we have considered her as family.
I received a call from her yesterday, my friend was excited to tell me that her immigration problem was solved and that she will be waiting for her visa. Finally, she will be with her real family from then on. But I can’t help but to start to miss her already.

Yesterday, I went to my sister’s house to deliver the allergy relief she told me to buy that morning. One of my nephews is having some allergies and the doctor advised her to put some allergy relief on the allergies. I hope they can detect the cause soon so that my niece can go on with his life normally and his pep will same as before.

My boss was looking for a co-employee this morning. He wanted to ask where to find Acid cigars. My boss told me he needed to buy them for his uncle’s seventieth birthday. It’s his uncle’s wish. I know his uncle -he is still so alive and kicking at his old age. He owns a ranch somewhere in the mountains. I wish him on his birthday.
